O processo participativo \u00e9 dividido em quatro fases: (1) Expectativas, quando foram realizadas reuni\u00f5es com o executivo, t\u00e9cnicos, escolas e presidentes das Juntas, al\u00e9m da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica para o p\u00fablico em geral; (2) Diagn\u00f3stico, quando foram realizadas sess\u00f5es participativas  nas Juntas de Freguesias atrav\u00e9s da partilha de mem\u00f3rias e constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um diagn\u00f3stico colaborativo dos problemas e potencialidades locais.<\/p>\n<p>A terceira e a quarta fase, nomeadamente (3) Propostas e (4) Aprova\u00e7\u00e3o, ser\u00e3o realizadas at\u00e9 Junho de 2020. Na terceira fase, ser\u00e1 incentivada a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de propostas coletivas para o territ\u00f3rio e algumas delas ser\u00e3o testadas atrav\u00e9s de um conjunto de a\u00e7\u00f5es experimentais. Finalmente, na quarta fase, o resultado consensualizado deste processo, dever\u00e1 ser validado pelo quadro estrat\u00e9gico do plano e condicionalismos legais, para assim integrar a proposta de PDM
